“Charmaine is simply the ?BEST? when it comes to customer service and overall knowledge of the Quick Books software. I am a first-time user of QB and she took the time to answer all my questions and at times repeated the same answer more than once (due to me asking the same questions but in a different way, my bad). I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her, she always made sure that I understood what we went over before moving on to the next subject. Her experience is a bonus to the already awesome service. When I first talked to her, she asked me questions about my business and how I was currently running it. With those answers, she got me set up, and even helped me get certain files in order so I could hit the ground running. Charmaine is very professional and friendly, if you need to get your QB in order she is the one call you need to make. I would recommend her to anyone who needs book keeping or QB help!”

Prompt, efficient, thoughtful, articulate and patient! As a veritable beginner in QB Enterprise, I really needed someone to assist me in moving forward and developing my QB expertise in order to continue to improve my job skills. This company fit all my requirements plus more. Anyone needing a positive experience in learning QB as well as answering accounting/bookkeeping questions should contact this company. I have worked with Charmaine for a little over a year for help with bookkeeping, and she’s been great help. She knows Quickbooks extremely well, providing advice on best practices and technical advice that’s MUCH better than Quickbooks support (I originally found her from an Intuit local expert search). On top of help keeping my books clean, she recently spotted an issue that’s going to save me a lot in taxes. Very pleasant to work with on top, highly recommended!

As a veritable beginner in QB, Charmaine assisted me in revising and correcting entries that should have been made, but as a beginner did not know what to do. Am so thankful I found her, and will continue utilizing her services and learning from her, as she has the expertise to correctly spot the trouble areas and prevent them and build a financially healthy set of books! I highly recommend her services.
